Jeremy Lloyd was a wonderful presence. Fascinating voice and graceful manner. He stole scenes in numerous tiny cameos. A pity he never got a larger recurring role on TV. I wonder why he didn't consider himself for a role in a sitcom such as AYBS?

One of the things I loved about Mr. Humphries's character, it's clear that he's gay or at least not completely straight. And yet everyone else at the workplace loves him and enjoy spending time with him. None of them are nasty to him, you can tell that Mr. Lucas (whose very straight) considers Mr. Humphries his best friend at work and the way they talk, they probably hang out outside of work too. Mr. Humphries is also shown in a happy light, he's smart, witty, friendly, kind, and fun. No tragic shunning or unhappy life for Mr. Humphries. Considering the time period this show is set in, that was impressive to see for a queer character.

Mulberry popped up on my tablet to watch. I thought well, I will give it a try. I went through the whole series in one evening. It was a wonderful program. Imagine my sorrow at the end that wasn’t an end. I imagined how it would play out. She would see herself sitting in her chair, smile gently and walk out of her home. There would be Mulberry waiting for her, hand outstretched. Hand in hand they would leave this world. NO season three. I am distraught to say the least. How could it be cancelled? All the stupid, insiiped fluff they have on TV nowadays, it makes no sense. I am SAD.

I remember the theme song to mulberry and I decided to Google search it so that I can hear it again. The next video that was played was this one and, I was not ready. I remember watching mulberry on PBS in the mid to late '90s in Virginia, and I loved that show! To hear and see the emotion that man gave while speaking about the last episode, that never was, made me think about it all these years later. This is a true testament to why that show was so good. They really put their all into that show and, to be honest, I start getting emotional as well🥹
